Every large commercial screen you stare at is actually a "technological stitching monster". Take the most common outdoor advertising screen as an example. It has to do three things at the same time:

​​• Watch for three hours without blindness (refresh rate is fast enough)​​

The curved screen made for an island in Southeast Asia last year is a typical example. The local sunshine intensity can reach 120,000 lux (harder than the desert), and ordinary screens will become "blind" by noon. Later, we used a self-developed intelligent light-sensing system with a peak brightness of 7500cd/m², and now we can still clearly see the chocolate chips in the ice cream advertisement at noon.

A good driver chip can make the screen as smart as a chameleon. For the fence screens we make for sports venues, the chip can automatically adjust the brightness according to the on-site light, slowly decreasing from 5000cd/m² during the day to 800cd/m² at night. Not only does it save power, but it is also comfortable for the audience to watch.

​​3. The cabinet is the real model worker​​
The aluminum-magnesium-zinc alloy cabinet sounds ordinary, but actually hides a lot of knowledge. It must not only withstand the severe cold of minus 20°C, but also withstand the vibration of stage equipment. The stage floor tile screen of the last concert was stamped on by dancers for three hours, and when it was taken apart the next day, there was not even a scratch.

Software is the mastermind behind the scenes

Now let’s talk about the part that you are most confused about – the control system. This thing is like the "brain nerve" of a large screen, and something might go wrong:

• Screen tearing (signal out of sync)
• Color faults (poor grayscale processing)
• Local black block (data transmission packet loss)

The curved advertising screen we made for Singapore went a long way: five sets of sending cards were used for signal redundancy backup. ​​Q: What is the concept of refresh rate 1920Hz? ​ ​
Let’s put it this way, the scan lines that appear when taking pictures of ordinary screens with mobile phones are like magic under the 1920Hz refresh rate. The floor tile screen made for the electronic music festival last year could not be seen when hundreds of mobile phones were used to take pictures at the same time. Young people who danced in disco thought it was a black technology.
