1. What is the gold thread?

To put it bluntly, that’s​ ​Conductive path between chip and circuit board​ ​, specifically responsible for transmitting electrical signals to each light-emitting point. Just like the blood vessels in the human body, even though they are so thin that you need a microscope to see them clearly (diameter 0.018mm-0.03mm), without them the entire screen would be useless!
